Head of the International Development Section in the Programming Department of the National Theater & Concert Hall (NTCH) in Taipei. Since joining NTCH in 2017, she has overseen international collaborations including long-term partnerships with venues and festivals, artist residency exchanges, co-productions, and the international touring of NTCH productions. She has also played a key role in initiatives fostering global connections such as Taiwan Week (a biennial curatorial platform), the Asia Connection: Producers Camp, and the Asia-Pacific Festivals Connection.

With a background in sociology and cultural policy studies in France, she previously worked for 16 years at the Taiwanese Ministry of Culture, most of that time at the Taiwan Cultural Center in Paris, where she promoted Taiwanese culture across Europe, especially in the performing arts and cinema. She values cultural exchange and is passionate about creating opportunities for people to connect and share ideas through the arts.
