We will focus on representatives of today’s most “special” generations: white, heterosexual men in their fifties and Gen Z, who are reshaping the very rules of capitalism yet are alien to the notion of responsibility. But do the boomers – dziadersi know any better?

Are wars unleashed by older men? Could Gen Z even know how to win them? Will our economy be destroyed by the wealthy men lust- ing for power, or by “lazy” pushing thirties? Or, perhaps, we should look to the wisdom of both generations: Gen Z’s meticulous care for work-life balance and the boomers’ experi- ence? How to winnow the chaff of both generations, to leave not only what is “special” but also what is “wise”?
